Limey (band)

Limey was a mid-1970s English pop/rock band. They released two albums, Limey and Silver Eagle in the UK on RCA Records. The group have experienced various line-up changes over the years and the formulation of the group has been disputed with conflicting accounts. It is known that Brian Engel, Garth Watt-Roy, Ian Kewley and Dave Bowker featured as part of the collective during some point in their timeline.[1]

B.J. Cole played the steel guitar on their first release, Limey.[2] Jim Rodford and Bob Henrit appeared on their second release, Silver Eagle.[3]
