Limobike, formerly Virgin Limobike, is a motorcycle taxi service in London, England designed to help people get around the city and avoid traffic. It uses a fleet of high performance sport touring Yamaha FJR1300 motorcycles to do this. All training is provided by the riders, and there is an intercom between the helmets. The service has been operating since November 1995 when it was created to be an Airport-taxi service for Virgin Atlantic customers, before being expanded to a more general London-taxi service.[1]
