Linjie Chou Zanadu born on 6 October 1982 in Shanghai, China is a public relation activist and cultural entrepreneur.[1][2] He is an advocate for China's one road one belt project[1][3] and a scholar in cross-cultural management.[4][2] Linjie is also an advisor to the International Civil Defense Organisation.[5] He has promoted figures like Pamela Anderson[6] and Bertie Higgins.[7] Linjie is a graduated from Stockholm University and University of Munich.

He was born as Linjie Zhou to Shanghai based real estate entrepreneur Ruiyong Zhou,[8] who also served as the founding president of Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai from 2007-2011.[9] Zanadu attended schools in the United States between 1998-2001.[10]
Controversies[edit]
In 2013, Zanadu was acussed over his credentials and associations from various unrecognized institutions by the Icelandic newspaper DV (newspaper).[11] The involved journalist however was expelled partly by this newspaper to this incident.[12]
In 2015, Zanadu’s association with self-claimed “Prince of Montenegro” Stefan Černetić[13] was questioned by media.[14] Later, in middle 2016, Zanadu has claimed that he has stopped all his relationships with Stefan Cernetic.[15]
