This is an incomplete list of African supercentenarians (people from Africa who have attained the age of at least 110 years). One source of lifespans is the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).[1] There have been, inclucing emigrants, 8 verified supercentenarians from Africa. The oldest person ever to die in Africa was Maria Diaz, aged 113 years, 249 days at the time of her death. The oldest person ever born in Africa was Adelina Domingues, who died in the USA, aged 114 years, 183 days.
