Declaring the roads of Baclaran as their territory, a group of grubby-looking Maranaws use force to extort hapless bus drivers of their hard-earned money. The group is led by a mysterious figure known as "The Collector" who squats on top of railings while observing his group's "performance"; forever famous for swimming in an open drainage in an attempt to elude authorities. | ||||

Handles the enforcement of maritime laws in the country especially with regard to illegal fishing and smuggling of drugs and contraband and as such, are tapped by Bitag to assist in matters related to those areas. | ||||

A controversial towing service responsible for incalculable unauthorized vehicles towed and has been the subject of many complaints because of it. Also employs a workforce of athletic runners and kleptomaniacs, and hosts soirées in their indoor mini-hut. | ||||

The primary government agency in charge of regulating controlled substances in the country. Whenever PDEA is about to conduct an operation against drug personalities, Bitag is their first go-to for documentation and media coverage. These include the Mabalacat Drug Raid where the four Tulfo Brothers were united in documenting the anti-drug sting. |

The domineering chairman of Barangay 669 and the protector of his subordinates' unethical handiwork. Known for his pompous attitude and unprofessional appearance consisting of unkempt clothing and a white towel on his shoulder capped off by a protruding Rattail. Yelled at the Bitag staff for their tricky line of questioning but turned over a new leaf at the sight of Tulfo. | ||||

Rapist and operator of a large escort service ring known to have intercourse with his underaged prostitutes and records it for future blackmail. Also claims to have connections that start from police forces to politicians (which includes Cavite governor Chavit Singson) which may be the culprit to his repeated escapes. After posting bail during his first arrest, he was subsequently collared in two other investigative programs only to go free again. | ||||

The proprietor of one of the retail outlets located at the poultry farm that sells double-dead meat and one of the very few characters who successfully rebuffed attempts by the Bitag team to advance inside their premises and film incrimating evidence. Also directed juvenile remarks at Ben which incensed the fiery host. | ||||

Cecilio Grajo is a security guard for the NFA and has guarded the facility most of his life with his ever-reliable Spas-12 shotgun. His career came to an end after losing his cool during a visit from Bitag which saw the veteran cocking and pointing his firearm at Tulfo and his staff. "Lolo Rambo" made a daring escape sometime during the ruckus and is currently at large. | ||||

The driver of a passenger bus that passes by EDSA, notorious for his dangerous driving style that surpasses normal speed limits, errant cutting, and lightning quick lane changing. A reformed motorist. | ||||

[unreliable source?] A former student and protégé (along with Tulfo) of Yaw-Yan founder and grandmaster Napoleon Fernandez, who abandoned his aging mentor. Infuriated with his treachery, Ben has been on the lookout for him since then and slights him whenever the topic of Yaw-Yan is brought up. Recently, Ben crossed paths with him by accident while tracking down S.I. figurehead Dewey Collette (from "Kilos Pronto: Butangero ng Live-in") after a colleague warned that the "Major" has their back.[citation needed] | ||||

A carpenter who has a penchant for beating up his mother-in-law and wife with his fists then his children with a 12" bamboo pole while under the influence of shabu (speed). | ||||

As the Chief of the CIDU, Rodrigo Bauto was expected to assist representatives from OMA on their complaint regarding the illegal arrest of a Muslim. Instead, Bauto walked out and joined the accused parties at the back. |
