List of League of Super Evil characters

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

The following is a list of characters from the TV series League of Super Evil.

League of Super Evil (L.O.S.E)[edit]

Voltar[edit]

* The great Voltar (voiced by Scott McNeil): Voltar is the main protagonist of the series, he is an evil-obsessed, ill-tempered, pint-sized leader of the League of Super Evil. Voltar is described as an evil maniacal genius, but his dreams of power are constantly thwarted by a variety of factors; usually his arrogance, his paranoia, his neurosis, the incompetence of his subordinates and often his own childish demeanour as well as his plans are more irritating than evil. He is prone to verbose rantings accompanied by dramatic hand gestures. When he is not wearing his full costume, it is shown that Voltar has abnormally pale skin. He also has eyes that are all-over black with glowing yellow irises, even without his helmet. While his actual age is unclear (he kept his small size into adulthood, which has often led other people to mistake him for a child), he has been shown to be at least old enough to rent an apartment on his own. Although his schemes usually end in disaster, he did achieve a world record of sorts: most failed attempts at breaking an evil record (though his award for achieving this is destroyed by Skullossus for his own record of "Number of awards destroyed - 352"). Voltar is arrogant and haughty, looking down on his teammates who nevertheless have a certain (though limited) amount of respect for his authority. Voltar keeps a pet iguana as revealed in "The Night Before Chaos-mas" He appears to be named after the philosopher Voltaire. In a Season 2 short, it is revealed Voltar keeps a monster under his bed made by Frogg to scare away the tooth fairy. Also, in Season 2, it is revealed Voltar keeps an old superhero cape he's named Mr. Wubby as a blanket. It is revealed in the final episode, "Once Upon A LOSE", that he used to be a hall monitor at superhero kiddie college, but because he wasn't nominated for a place in the Legion of Glory, he turned to darkness and along with the other young LOSE members, got revenge by enacting his first evil deed of ruining a prom at the school. also at the end of "Doomhound in Love" he blushes alittle and smiles as he walks away from 'Lighting Liz' showing that he might have a secret crush on Liz but denies the fact since she is a super hero, not a villain. Voltar is proven to be prone to insanity, like he can't sleep without his blanket Mr. Wubby and also his teddy bear and gets very angry when his lucky and only pair of underwear is stolen. Voltar is also a big fan of Metrotown's best singer Prima Dana, who is also liked a lot by Skullossus.

Doktor Frogg[edit]

  • Doktor Archibald Frogg (voiced by Lee Tockar): Frogg is the inventor and the intelligent member of League of Super Evil, Frogg is a mad scientist whose genius is hampered by bad luck (he is usually electrocuted at least once in nearly every episode). He has robotic, three-clawed hands which he wears over his real ones that are multifunctional, but are terrible at grasping small objects (when they were children, Frogg's real hands were injured, his right hand by Red and his left by Doomageddon). Frogg also has a darker, psychotic, and quite deadly side. He shows much more intelligence than the other members and can distinguish between evil plans, and Voltar's plans. He is obsessed with heavy-metal star Rock Gothlington, to the point where he even snagged and kept a sweat towel used by the rocker while posing as a concert stagehand. Frogg is constantly bullied and eaten by Doomageddon and has as come to hate Doomageddon. He is allergic to hair. He is, apart from his experiments (that usually go wrong), obsessed with getting his claws on Voltar's bedroom whenever Voltar has a near death experience. It is revealed in "Once Upon a LOSE" that he and the other LOSE members first met in superhero kiddie college.

Red Menace[edit]

  • Reginald "Red" Menace (voiced by Colin Murdock): Referred to as Red by L.O.S.E. (which takes on a double meaning due to his freckle-faced, redheaded visage), he is seemingly the strong and dimwitted muscle of the group, but also a happy giant. More often than not he is the most rational, sanest member of the group while the others are crazed with acts of evil. He only uses his "anvil-sized Fists of Judgment on truly evil people. He was originally a Siberian farm boy (hence the origin of the name Red Menace - a dated Cold War reference to the Soviet Union and Communism), although he is very fluent in English.[1] Voltar does not consider Red to be "evil". Always cheerful and willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, Red enjoys gardening in his spare time, and loves cute little animals. Although he is quite childlike and naive, and lacks some bits and pieces of common knowledge, it has been shown that he is actually highly intelligent (In "School Daze", the arcade trivia game, "Brain Dump", calculates Red's intelligence as "Triple Einstein"). He has often proven himself to be the "problem-solver" of the group, either through purposeful, genuine insight, or merely by accidental observation. His often-shown taste for extremely unpalatable foods belie his above-average cooking ability. Despite his motto: "Leave no villain behind", Red is not very helpful when it comes to Doktor Frogg being eaten by Doomageddon, and rather than treat it like a serious problem of temperament, he mostly dismisses it as normal canine hijinks. According to Frogg in "Gameageddon", he suffers from "Fully Aggressive Recreational Tournament Syndrome" or "FARTS", which can cause him to go on a very destructive rampage to the point of trying to attack his teammates, hinting that Red may have a slight exposure to insanity. (Frogg mentioned Red thought a game of "Puppies in a Basket", which LOSE were playing earlier, was real). It is revealed in "Once Upon a LOSE" that he and the other LOSE members first met in superhero kiddie college.

Henchbots[edit]

  • Henchbots: L.O.S.E.'s two Henchbots 17 and 32 are constantly falling apart. They are usually destroyed in every episode they appear in. Their duties usually include menial household tasks such as taking out the trash or cleaning Doomageddon's radioactive messes. Another of their duties is to play Voltar's dramatic and evil music. They constantly mess this up though and play Polka music instead. Most of the time whenever they are given a job, they fall apart while doing it. A running gag is that they're regularly eaten by Doomageddon only to be later pilfered from his stomach contents. They are apparently rare antiques as mentioned by Evil Stevens in the episode "Henchbot Elites".

The V-Mobile[edit]

  • The V-Mobile (voiced by Colin Murdock) is L.O.S.E's car. The V stands for Voltar. It has on more than one occasion been called a golf cart and is not very fast. It has a cart that regularly holds Doomageddon. The V-Mobile doesn't have an official seating chart, nor an official driver; it was driven by Red most of the time, but it was driven on occasion by Voltar and Doomageddon with Doktor Frogg only driving it once. It can seat up to five people, six if you count the cart. It is also not very strong, bouncing off any vehicle it bumps. It doesn't have side or rear windows. Instead in the back of the cab, there is a gaping hole. Red also says in "Fortune's Fools" that they own a getaway boat that lost its motor during a "waterfall accident". It was once upgraded so that it would look cool and be fast, but Voltar threw away the upgrades in the same episode so L.O.S.E would lose a race against Doom Driver.

Other villains[edit]

Cougar[edit]

  • Cougar (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): She is a villain in which every time someone mentions her name, music and a roar from a tiger comes on. Doktor Frogg seems blush when she's around, even when he finds out that she is an older woman (the running joke and double entendre being that she borrows her costumed identity not only from the feline animal but with the archetypal typical older woman who seeks to seduce and bed younger men). She tried to rob the First National Bank of Villainy but was stopped by L.O.S.E. There was a reward for her capture but Voltar didn't hear it and kept the "minimum bank deposit" of 5 dollars. The Cougar appears in civilian clothes and in her costume while wearing her hat later on in the show. The Cougar is based on Catwoman, with a more older look

Legion of Supreme Evil[edit]

  • Legion of Supreme Evil (voices by Scott McNeil (Bolkar), Colin Murdock (Green Menace), Lee Tockar (Doktor Squidd) and Frank Welker (Chaosagiddon) ): An almost exact duplicate of the league, but more annoying. Their names are Bolkar, Doktor Squidd, Green Menace and Chaosagiddon.

Skullossus[edit]

  • Skullossus (voiced by Colin Murdock): He is at the tip of the top of the villain hierarchy in Metrotown. He has an ongoing rivalry with General Sergeant. Skullossus can usually be found in his orbiting space station (designed to look much like his head), with his own loyal army of robot soldiers known as "Skullmandoes"!. He has a ton of records in the "Genius Book of World Wreckers" including "Most destructo-rays aimed at a continent", "largest skull-shaped island lair" and "longest toss of a sidekick" and even holds the records for appearing the most times (a total of 114) and destroying the most awards other record breakers had achieved (352 in all). In one episode, it is discovered that he can fly. He finally gets his own episode in the form of Season 3 episode "The Skulloshow". Other members of his own species have appeared as well, like his son in "Kinderprison" and a female version of himself in "The Skulloshow". He also has a human admiral as seen in "The Skulloshow". In the episode "U.O Me" it is revealed Skullossus is a big fan of the singer Prima Dana, who Voltar also likes. One thing that constantly annoys Skullossus is the fact he cannot eat or drink because his head is encased in glass, but he never gets hungry either.

Skullmandos[edit]

  • Skullmandos: Highly trained robots that serve Skullossus, he views them as being expendable and constantly destroys them at ease.

Wiggles[edit]

  • Wiggles (voiced by Frank Welker): Wiggles' sweet little bunny-rabbit smile conceals a mouthful of huge, fearsome fangs. Wiggles is also able to swallow other animals (like Doomageddon) whole.

Line Master[edit]

  • The Line Master (voiced by Ian J. Corlett): A geeky-looking villain who is bound and determined to be first in line for everything if only for the bragging rights. He commands a small group of holographic "Line Bots", which he utilizes to take up extra spaces in lines for free giveaways. First introduced in "iDestruct", competing with L.O.S.E. for the coveted front of the line, in order to receive the titular gadget (the latest evil technology from "Rotten Core") free of charge. Last seen held captive at the Hall of Glory in "Injustice Gene."

Commander Chaos[edit]

  • Commander Chaos (voiced by Colin Murdock): The archenemy of the Force Fighters V, he mistook Voltar for an employee at the car wash where he dropped off his Shuriken Typhoon Super-S Atomic Destructo-bot "Tina" for some routine care. He returned just as the FFV came to get revenge on him for their earlier defeat at his hands (though really, it was L.O.S.E. that they fought). Unfortunately for Chaos, the previous battle left his robot severely damaged and it fell apart right from the beginning of the battle. The "Tina" robot also makes various cameos throughout the series: as a human-sized audience member.

Lair-y[edit]

  • Lair-y (voiced by Colin Murdock): A temporary member of L.O.S.E., Lair-y (pronounced like Larry) was a computer defense system built and designed by Doktor Frogg to protect Voltar's new Abominator BMX Ultimate Evil Edition bicycle from being stolen, but Voltar gives Lair-y a direct order to let no one touch it, not realizing that it included himself. Doomageddon ends up shutting down Lair-y by eating his circuits and wires (thus making Lair-y stupid).

Doom Driver[edit]

  • Doom Driver (voiced by Colin Murdock): A rogue, undead driver that takes down other rogue drivers in street races and takes their cars (and he never loses!). He eventually races the V-mobile X-TREEEEEME and wins without a challenge. Instead of taking it, he says it isn't cool enough which causes Voltar to become furious. They upgrade the car so that he wants it, get into a race, and nearly win. But since Voltar wants the car taken, he costs them the race by throwing the upgrades at Doom Driver (which he takes instead of the V-Mobile when he wins). He is also married, as he mentions that he's got errands to do for "Mrs. Driver" when LOSE first try to challenge him and in season 3 episode "Kickin' Boot", when he steals porcelain animals from a store, he says to himself "Wait 'til Mrs. Driver gets a load of these!". He lives less than a block away from L.O.S.E. He is a somewhat parody of Ghost Rider.

Chuckles[edit]

  • Chuckles (voiced by Lee Tockar): Doktor Frogg's very first creation. It is a robotic clown designed to ruin the other neighborhood kids' birthday parties because he wasn't ever invited to them. Chuckles worked fine until he turned on Frogg and ruined his party as well. Later on, Red stupidly reactivated him and he terrorized the league on Frogg's birthday years later. He kept it up until midnight, when his birthday was technically over. Unfortunately, Voltar's birthday was after Frogg's, and Chuckles went on the rampage again.

Injustice Gene[edit]

  • Injustice Gene: Justice Gene turned evil. After failing as a suburban law officer, museum nightwatchman, warehouse cop, janitor, and a pizza delivery boy, Gene resorted to working with his archenemies the League Of Super Evil and help get their Uncatchable Evil Flying Disk of Doom back from Glory Guy. Upon retrieving it, he tried to rescue Doktor Frogg from capture before Glory Guy made the scene but was spotted by him and had his rescue mistaken for capture. He was awarded his old janitor job at the Hall of Glory.

LOSE clones[edit]

  • LOSE clones (voices by (Voltar Clone) Scott McNeil, (Red Menace Clone) Colin Murdock, (Doktor Frogg Clone) Lee Tockar and (Doomageddon Clone) Frank Welker)): Clones of the League that are truly evil, and actually competent at being so. Frogg created them so the real LOSE could get out menial tasks, notably scooping Doomageddon's radioactive faeces. The Voltar clone is more muscular and slightly taller and has a deeper voice than the original. Also noted for wearing black and yellow instead of red. Clone Red Menace's hair is slicked back in a 1950s pompadour style. He wears reddish orange instead of green, dwarfs even the 'original' Red Menace's strength and is much more evil than the original. The clone Doktor Frogg's brain is visibly massive and he wears a white lab coat instead of a blue jumpsuit, and his claws, goggles, chin, and other accessories have more of a grey-brown/crimson colour scheme. Clone Doomageddon is green and has larger horns and piercing red eyes. When clone Doomageddon teleports he leaves behind a large green nuclear explosion, whereas normal Doomageddon merely vanishes in blue flames. The clones nearly took over the world in under four hours (during which they beat Voltar in a staredown, gave Red two atomic wedgies, demolished Commander Chaos' destructo-bot in a 3.2 second battle, took over Skullossus' ship, and forced the Army to surrender to them), but disintegrated into puddles after those four hours, with Frogg commenting that it was "a new record", since it happened to all clones that came before them.

Mysterio Villaino[edit]

  • Mysterio Villaino (voiced by Peter Kelamis): A supervillain who first appeared in "Table for Four". He has exactly the same mask and voice as Voltar, and his body is a slightly taller version of Frogg's. He also has a moustache and sunglasses, and wears a yellow trench coat and matching fedora that bear his logo (a large 'M' above a small 'V'). He also seems to have a problem with bumping into things, as well as running so that his upper body tilts backwards as he does so. Voltar attempted to disguise himself as Villaino in order to get into a fancy supervillain restaurant, yet his disguise is immediately seen through. Villaino enjoys interpretive dancing and specializes in robbing discount hat outlets.

Jules LeSimian[edit]

  • Jules LeSimian (voiced by Lee Tockar): The French-accented simian waiter/bouncer/manager/maitre'd at the premiere villains' restaurant; Villaynes (and also oversaw the Evil-y Awards behind the scenes and hosted the Supervillain Non-Charity Dance-o-Rama)). He always succeeds in keeping the L.O.S.E. out of his restaurant without a reservation, yet they eventually succeed in getting in (destroying the restaurant in the process). In "Room for Four," Jules LeSimian made an appearance as the manager of the Metrotown Plaza Hotel that Justice Gene worked at.

Ninja Waiters[edit]

  • Ninja Waiters (1 voiced by Lee Tockar): They work for Jules LeSimian at Villaynes. They enjoy back flips and smoke bombs, but dislike cheap tippers.

Rock Gothlington[edit]

  • Rock Gothlington (voiced by Scott McNeil): A big time Gothic metal rock star, he possesses unholy powers, including breathing fire and making himself gigantic. He also apparently sometimes employs the use of a Destruct-O Beam (the gun he is seen with in "The League of Super Hockey"). His biggest fan is Doktor Frogg but Gothlington hardly takes any notice. Red is probably the only member of L.O.S.E. Rock might remember by name, as the group's attempts to sabotage the star's show backfired, and instead resulted in Red going on the rest of Gothlington's tour to re-create the havoc he committed (which he caused while trying to get a Badometer off his head; rather than ruin the show, was instead wildly applauded). Gothlington talks with a British accent.

Susie Scouts[edit]

  • Susie Scouts (1 was voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): An evil extortion group that doesn't take no for an answer when selling their cookies. Voltar, distracted by squirrels, said no to one of them, not even realizing that he said no to a Susie Scout. The neighborhood thought it was intentional so they worshipped him for it, but he mistook it as hatred of squirrels. The Susie Scouts are led by Master Sweets, who's considered a hero, but this is questionable.

Henchbot Elites[edit]

  • The Henchbot Elites (1 was Elite 33 who was voiced by Scott McNeil):Manufactured by Rotten Core. They were purchased by L.O.S.E. to replace the extremely faulty Henchbots 17 and 32. However, despite their impressive visage, they are completely useless unless they are continually fitted with dozens of highly expensive and specific upgrades and add-ons, all of which listed below.

They also have an "Extreme Strike Mode" as mentioned in season 3 episode "Henchstrike".

Kinder Creep[edit]

  • Kinder Creep (voiced by Scott McNeil): A supervillain version of Santa Claus. Like Voltar, diminutive in size. He delivers gifts to villains every Chaos-mas (supervillain version of Christmas) who have been particularly bad all year, coming in through the toilet instead of the chimney. Loves moldy cookies and expired milk. The League tried to ruin Chaos-mas for every other supervillain until they ran into him at Skullossus's lair and ran back home only to find that they were rewarded for their nefarious deeds.

Dr. Bodlington Von Pantaloon III[edit]

  • Dr. Bodlington Von Pantaloon III (voiced by Colin Murdock): Voltar's rival from supervillain kiddie college, the two were always at odds over who was the better evil mastermind. He, like Voltar, is also short, with a gray face-less helmet, matching coat, and no pants (just underwear). He seems to have chosen underpants as a "theme", having a pair of them stretched over the top of his helmet, and a desk shaped like a pair of briefs. Even his pet monkey, Ralph, wears a pair of briefs. He is obsessed with possessing Voltar's "lucky" (and only) underwear, believing they will bring him villainous success, as well as doom Voltar to a life of failure. He has a thick accent of indeterminate origin. In the Season 2 episode Canned, it is revealed Pantaloon wants to get revenge on Voltar because during supervillain kiddie college, Voltar claimed responsibility for a prank the students made on Mrs. Johnson.

Malakai "Mal" Milk[edit]

  • Malakai "Mal" Milk (voiced by Scott McNeil): A quiet, somewhat bookish-looking boy, he is really a diabolical mastermind in his own right, who may or may not really be a child at all. Assigned to Red Menace as part of the "Cool Buddy" mentor program, Malakai suddenly finds himself the pupil of the entire L.O.S.E. team, save for Doomageddon, who immediately senses a threat, and distrusts the youth. During the time of his supposed tutelage with the team, Mal manages to successfully repair many inventions that Doktor Frogg had been previously unable to make functional, later using these same devices in a display of one-upsmanship that temporarily usurps Voltar's position. Mal attempts to defend his actions by stating that it was merely learned behavior from his "Cool Buddies". Because of many previous run-ins with L.O.S.E., this claim falls deaf upon the ears of General Sergeant, who is well aware of the League's incompetence. Mal is taken into custody by the army, but not before vowing vengeance against his former mentors.

Team League of Super Evil[edit]

  • Team League of Super Evil: A street hockey team formed from the League of Super Evil versus the neighborhood kids. Voltar eventually replaced his minions with Metrotown's super-villains like: Skullossus, Rock Gothlington, Doom Driver, and Commander Chaos.

Evil Stevens[edit]

  • Evil Stevens (voiced by Colin Murdock): A villain who owns "Rotten Core," a store for villains that sells various items like the iDestruct for very ludicrous prices. In the store, he always has a pair of Henchbot Elites to help him, hates giving out refunds, and sometimes appears in TV commercials to promote new items at the store.

Humungo[edit]

  • Humungo (voiced by Colin Murdock): A Ginorman emperor who seeks to rule the universe. In "Voltar Squared," he kidnapped Voltar and took his helmet to trick the rest of the league into helping him steal the city's black licorice supply. After his plan was exposed by Red Menace, Humungo locked them up along with Voltar. The league stopped his plan, but also took the fall for the nefarious plot, and were sent to prison. Humongo has a wife named Voltina.

Kat Chatsworth[edit]

  • Kat Chatsworth (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): A villainess introduced in the episode "Evil Never Sleeps". Though she has the appearance of an ordinary citizen, she displays the ability to bore people to sleep just by continually speaking. Her character model was re-used as a citizen in some episodes.

Phil Flambe[edit]

  • Phil Flambe (voiced by Scott McNeil): The devil owner of the Shangri-Lava resort in the center of the Earth. He went absent after his debut episode "Journey to the Center of Evil" and reappeared in Season 3 episode "The Art of Eviiil".

Babooshka[edit]

  • Babooshka (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): A villainess introduced in Season 3. She appears to be a Russian terrorist and is a parody of the "Bond girl" stereotype. Her initial appearance depicted her as a neutral character, constantly changing sides.

Fiero Superinis[edit]

  • The Fiero Superinis: are a villain from Season 3 episode "Kickin' Boot". Though technically not a villain, these "superboots" caused all kinds of problems for Voltar as they, aside from being "fine-tuned to do good", appeared to have a mind of their own and refused to leave his feet.

Loserines[edit]

  • Loserines (voices by (Voltar Squeak Toy) Scott McNeil, (Red Menace Squeak Toy) Colin Murdock, (Doktor Frogg Squeak Toy) Lee Tockar and (Doomageddon Squeak Toy) Frank Welker) Action figure counterparts of the LOSE members built by Frogg. He equipped them with "dangerously-experimental aggression" chips to give them unique abilities, also fitting them with "loyalty" chips to prevent betrayal. Frogg's figure had "whirling extendo-claws and hypnotic mind control", Doomy's had "realistic fluctuationary action", Red's "brushable hair and built-in cupcake-scented room freshener" (Red's idea) and Voltar's figure had "improved kung-fu grip, tactical cognisance and full sandwich preparation capabilities (any kind of sandwich existing or yet to be imagined)". They eventually turned on their creators when Voltar gave his Loserine one excruciating task too many, causing its loyalty chip to fizzle out. They were then defeated by a modified army of Force Fighters V figures.

Heroes[edit]

Gene[edit]

  • Gene (voiced by Lee Tockar): A good-obsessed worker and superhero wannabe. He first appeared as Justice Gene, a perfect neighborhood obsessed suburban law officer who always tries to have things regulated and has a ticket shooting gun (enforcing incredibly ridiculous rules). He is the archenemy of the League of Super Evil and is always getting fired because of them. He was fired from his public security officer job by his boss in his first appearance for wearing socks that don't match and was later ticketed by his boss for "bawling like a baby." He became Museum Gene briefly after taking a job as the museum night guard at the natural history museum to try and earn his superhero wings again only to be fired again because the League purposely told him how to put the Tyrannosaurus skeleton back together incorrectly. He took up other good guy jobs including a warehouse cop, a Pronto Pizza delivery guy and janitor duty at the Hall of Glory. After failing at everything else, he resorted to evil by becoming Injustice Gene, but failed even that becoming Janitor Gene once again after Glory Guy mistook his rescue of Frogg for capture. He later became Bellhop Gene as he began a career at the Metrotown Plaza Hotel and was credited with being a hero after defeating a mutant shampoo monster that the League accidentally created.

Nanny Boo Boo[edit]

  • Nanny Boo Boo (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): A superhero nanny that is a spoof of Mary Poppins. Her umbrella moves like a propeller so she can fly. She tried to nanny League of Super Evil by giving Voltar timeouts, dressing Doomageddon like a girl, feeding peas and pie to Red Menace and giving a safety helmet to Doktor Frogg. Frogg tricks Nanny Boo Boo by saying she has cured them of their evil ways and suggests that she nanny General Sergeant's daughter Elizabeth Sergeant. In Season 3 episode "Kinderprison" it is revealed she runs a Daycare center for Super Children, where kids of all of Metrotown's Superheroes and Villains send there kids to. Voltar once accidentally gets 'imprisoned' there after being mistaken for one of the kids (although Nanny Boo Boo's robot scanned and verified him as being a child). Voltar later starts a revolution in the day care center and attempts to break him and the other children out, with the help of the rest of the League. After succeeding in doing so, Doktor Frogg and Red Menace decide to send him back there, as they got a lot of peace without Voltar's presence in the Lair.

General Sergeant[edit]

  • General Sergeant (voiced by Blu Mankuma): An army general responsible for production of weapons to counter the forces of evil. His archenemy is Skullossus. It is revealed in "Once Upon a LOSE" that he used to be the principal of the superhero kiddie college that LOSE (and the young counterparts of the legion of glory) went to. Also, in "Once Upon a LOSE" when all the villains and heroes were in Kiddie College, Sergeant had an afro to cover his military hat until it was burned by Frogg's disco ball robot LOSE used to crash the school prom.

Elizabeth "Lighting Liz" Sergeant[edit]

  • Elizabeth "Lightning Liz" Sergeant (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): The loud-mouthed daughter of General Sergeant, she is obsessed with shopping and fighting evil. She took the XGL Prototype Battle Armor from her father and proceeded to find evildoers as "Lightning Liz". L.O.S.E. convinced her to give up the XGL model for the "YGL" model they made from household items, saying the XGL model was out of season. She makes later cameos after then, the first two cameos of which were out and in the YGL armor respectively, though she later returns in the XGL armor in 'The League of Super Hockey' and has been in the XGL since then. She appears to be completely absent in series 3.

Captain Glory Guy[edit]

  • Captain Glory Guy (voiced by Lee Tockar): Glory Guy resides at the Famous "Hall of Glory", where the league lost their Uncatchable Evil Flying Disk of Doom. Aided by Injustice Gene, they sneaked in and retrieved the disk, only for Frogg to try and steal every other evil item Glory Guy has confiscated and set off the alarm. Gene tried to help Frogg, but Glory Guy mistook it for capturing him and gave him his old Janitor job back at the Hall of Glory. In Season 2, Glory Guy is leader of a superhero group known as the "Legion of Glory". It is also revealed Glory Guy has a son named Glory Junior. As a child himself, he was called Glory Kid and used to attend superhero kiddie college.

Force Fighters V[edit]

  • Force Fighters V (voiced by Magenta Peter Kelamis, Golden Rod Tabitha St. Germain, Seafoam Green Lee Tockar, Periwinkle Colin Murdock and Rosé Asaph Fipke respectively): The FFV consists of Magenta, Goldenrod, Seafoam Green, Periwinkle and team leader Rosé. A campy parody of Super Sentai/Power Rangers heroes, they are the archenemies of Commander Chaos and are usually working at the Yamato Sushi Restaurant when not fighting evil. Their catchphrase is "Force Fighters V, actualize!" and they constantly move in awkward movements while they talk. They aren't shown to have powers of their own but do have a giant robot with a great deal of firepower formed from five smaller machines, though on two occasions all five members formed a single larger being consisting of themselves without the need of the machines. L.O.S.E managed to defeat them using Commander Chaos' robot which they stole, mostly due to Doomageddon messing around with the controls. They come back to take "revenge" on Chaos, believing it'd been him that defeated them.

Master Sweets[edit]

  • Master Sweets (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): Scout Master of the Suzie Scouts. Her morality is questionable due to the extorting ways of her and her scouts, but she is good nonetheless. Sweets likes army boots and dislikes shaving her mustache.

Nightshade[edit]

  • Nightshade (voiced by Scott McNeil): A superhero introduced in season 2. His father, a light-themed superhero named Dayshift, disappeared when baby Voltar slammed him into a building, also how Voltar got Mr. Wubby, his beloved blanket. Even though Nightshade has shown having trouble standing in the sun in the episode called Mr. Wubby he has no problem doing so in other episodes. As a child he was called Nightlight and attended superhero kiddie college.

Wow Woman[edit]

  • Wow Woman (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): Another superhero introduced in season 2. The members of L.O.S.E. show a fancy to her and it is shown in season 3 episode "Kickin' Boot" that she collects super-powered shoes. As a child, her name was Wow Girl and she attended superhero kiddie college.

Dipper[edit]

  • Dipper (voiced by Colin Murdock) is a cybernetically-modified dolphin trained by the army. He first appeared in "Swimming with Sharks" and had a major appearance in "20,000 Crunches Under the Sea" and has only been seen occasionally after that.

Other characters[edit]

Neighborhood Kids[edit]

  • Neighborhood Kids (voices by Jimmy Lee Tockar, Freckled Kid Scott McNeil (Lee Tockar in some episodes) and Kimmy Tabitha St. Germain): They may be considered Voltar's archenemies since they beat him at a hockey game.

Mr. Nelson[edit]

Mrs. Johnson[edit]

  • Mrs. Johnson (voiced by Lee Tockar (Peter Kelamis in some episodes)): A civilian teacher at Metrotown Elementary who can be spotted in the background at times. She was also Pantaloon and Voltar's teacher from Supervillain Kiddie College.

Miss B. Mean[edit]

  • Miss B. Mean (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain): The manager of the First National Bank of Villainy.

Steve[edit]

  • Steve (voiced by Lee Tockar): The League's next-door neighbor and (for reasons unknown) Voltar's nemesis. Steve is constantly annoying him. His face is never shown and he always said "I don't care" whenever the league (Voltar) taunts him. In the season two finale entitled "Steeeve" (which was written by Lee Tockar), Steve's character is developed further. His appears to be based off the Squeaky-Voiced Teen from The Simpsons.

Mr. Lee[edit]

  • Mr. Lee (voiced by Peter Kelamis): Manager of the Pronto Pizza in Metrotown. Hates the League with a passion because of their antics of delaying the delivery of the pizzas they order. At one point his top delivery boy was on a run, so he sent his cashier to deliver it instead. He failed to deliver it in time, but because the League tripped their own traps he got his tip anyway.

Guy[edit]

  • Guy (voiced by Lee Tockar): An unnamed character who seems to work at, or run any establishment L.O.S.E seems to employ. He often foils their plans, sometimes unintentionally or simply in the line of his work.

Briny Bart[edit]

  • Briny Bart (voiced by Colin Murdock): A pirate who holds the record for crushing flowers with a pogo stick for 30 minutes. He also appears in "And The Loser Is..."

Mrs. Bandango[edit]

  • Mrs. Bandango (voiced by Scott McNeil): A mysterious cryptid resembling a female bigfoot lurking around Metrotown. Frogg is kidnapped by it being mistaken for a male after Voltar tried recording a staged hunt for the creature as a prank.

Team League of Insignificant Urchins[edit]

  • Team League of Insignificant Urchins: Local neighborhood kids who faced Team League of Super Evil to a street hockey game. Because Voltar summoned the villains of Metrotown, the heroes of Metrotown (Glory Guy, the Force Fighters V, General Sergeant, Lightning Liz and Master Sweets) all assembled.

Destruktor[edit]

  • Destruktor (voiced by Scott McNeil): An ex-villain who Voltar looks up to. He gives up his evil ways but Voltar convinces him to become a villain again before Red convinces him otherwise. He can seemingly cause apocalyptic effects with relative ease.
