Notes[edit]

  1. Rice was traded during the 2004 season; he played six games for the Raiders and eleven games for the Seahawks.
  2. Moss was traded during the 2010 season; he played four games for the Patriots and four for the Vikings. He was then released by the Vikings and was claimed on waivers by the Titans, with whom he played eight games.
  3. Between the 1988 and 1994 seasons, the Raiders were based in Los Angeles; the franchise relocated prior to the start of the 1995 season.
  4. In the 1994 season, Bruce's first, the Rams were based in Los Angeles; the franchise relocated prior to the start of the 1995 season; it returned in 2016.
  5. Ellard was released by the Redskins during the 1996 season and was claimed off waivers by the Patriots; he played in two games for the Redskins and five for the Patriots.
