This is a list of tornadoes during 2023 that caused at least $1 million in damage. Damage totals for tornadoes in the United States is estimated by various organizations, including the National Weather Service, United States Army Corps of Engineers, insurance companies, financial analysis companies (ex. CoreLogic) and other meteorologists or engineers.[1] The official damage total for tornadoes in the United States is provided by the National Centers for Environmental Information.

During 2023, at least 27 tornadoes caused at least $1 million (2023 USD) in damage. One particularly costly event was the historic March 31 to April 1 tornado outbreak, where 14 different tornadoes caused over $1 million in damage.
