Barton Clint Clint Barton/Hawkeye/Ronin The Avengers/Defenders/Thunderbolts Hero In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Barton's partial deafness was not referenced until ten years after the character's introduction. In his 2021 miniseries, he is revealed to use a hearing aid and sometimes talks to his youngest son in American Sign Language.
