This List of fatal accidents involving commercial airplanes in the year 2000 to 2021.

Entries in this list involve commercial airplane flights, and meet this list's size criteria—passenger aircraft with a seating capacity of at least ten passengers and at least one fatality. The list is grouped by the year in which the accident or incident occurred.

The list does not include cargo flights, military flights, private flights, relocation flights or other types of aircraft such as helicopters.
