List of men killed by women

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

This is a list of men directly killed by women (as opposed to caused and ordered deaths); it overlaps with mariticides, but isn't limited by it.

Context[edit]

Historically such cases have been somewhat uncommon and often considered humiliating, as highlighted by the fate of Abimelech[1]:

But a woman dropped an upper millstone on Abimelech’s head, crushing his skull.

He quickly called his armor-bearer, saying, “Draw your sword and kill me, lest they say of me, ‘A woman killed him.’”

So Abimelech’s armor-bearer ran his sword through him, and he died.
