This is a list of notable persons with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), primarily including persons who prominently self-identify as having it. The list may include some whose ADHD is incontrovertible and defining and/or their association with ADHD is itself significant.[1]

- Adam Levine (b. 1979), American singer. Levine was diagnosed with ADHD in his early teens. He has said about the disorder: "Throughout my life, I struggled with ADHD. I had the symptoms of ADHD – inattention, and hyperactivity/impulsivity. It was hard for me at times to sit down, focus and get school work done. I was frustrated because of the challenges I was having in school. I was really struggling."[7]

- Michael Phelps (b. 1985), American swimmer and the most decorated Olympian of all time. He was diagnosed with ADHD at age 9.[9][10] He took a stimulant medication, methylphenidate, for two years.[8]
