The city's taller structures range from 39.3 m to 56.1 m with only one is over 100 m (115.6 m),[1] but there are more buildings planned to be 40 to 41 floors soon.[2]
Many are built within view of Kempenfelt Bay with a few on the west side of Highway 400 near Kozlov Shopping Centre and Bayfield Mall.
All but one high rise structure is residential:
