Live in Europe is a live album by American singer-songwriter and pianist Nina Simone containing recording of Nina's performance at the second Montreux Jazz Festival, in 1968. It has also been released as Right On! and The Great Show: Live in Paris, even though it was recorded in Switzerland.

Recalling the performance years later, Simone thought she had barely been able to perform, as she was still grieving over the death of Martin Luther King, and had just found out about the death of Robert F. Kennedy. However, the recording of the concert and reviews indicate that she was in a good mood and in terrific form.

Contemporary reviews noted the fine political edge of the concert. Melody Maker writer Michael Smith commended Simone for her ability to captivate and transport an audience that was initially indifferent and drive them to a mood of ecstatic acclamation.[1][2][3]

In 2015, the record was reissued under the Montreux Jazz Festival own label, through their Essentials collection.[4]
