Liveloud worship
Liveloud is a Filipino contemporary worship group first staged in 2009.[1] Initiated by Youth For Christ in an annual praise concert event, "Liveloud Catholic Praise and Worship."
Liveloud's worship events are the largest Catholic music concerts held in Manila, also conducted in Philippine provinces and featuring tours abroad.
Style
To gather original Catholic worship music written and performed by members of the Couples for Christ community, Liveloud began as a campaign to promote original contemporary Christian music until January 2009 when Youth for Christ (CFC) instigated a worship event that featured songs based on the Catholic Catechism.
Worship and Entertainment
Emphasizing the Catholic tradition, as it is called a "Catholic Praise Concert", Liveloud events usually begin with a Holy Rosary and a Eucharist.
The Holy Rosary is conducted while the audience fills the venue, to welcome the solemn celebration of the Eucharist. Couples for Christ has a devoted Marian tradition.
The Eucharist is celebrated, not only because it is a thousand-year-old Catholic tradition, but because it is the highest form of worship for Catholics.
Its uniqueness from other worship concerts is the use of the "Sign of the Cross", and the placing of "religious icons" on stage to maintain the Catholic identity.
