Llangollen Town Football Club is based in the town of Llangollen, North Wales.
The club isn't the first in the town, with Llangollen FC having been formed in 1872 and Vale of Llangollen FC in 1887. Both of these were quite short lived and Llangollen Town were formed in 1908.
In the 2009/10 season they played in the Cymru Alliance and came 11th, being relegated due to a restructure of the Welsh leagues. They never returned to the 2nd tier and by 2020 had fallen to the North East Wales Football League at tier 4. In 2022 they gained entry to the Ardal Leagues at tier 3.
