Llanuwchllyn Football Club is based in the village of Llanuwchllyn in rural North Wales.

The club was first formed in 1957 and played in the lower divisions of the Welsh National League (Wrexham Area) before folding in 1986.

The club was reformed 3 years later in 1989 and returned to the WNL. Their struggles continued until improvement in the 2010s led them to rise to the Premier Division in 2016. In 2026 they reached the second tier of the Welsh pyramid for the first time having won the Ardal North East and will now play in the Cymru North for 2026-27.
