Lloyd E. Patch (8 October 1916 – 6 December 1985 in Florida) was an American Captain in the United States Army during World War II. He also was a recipient of the Distinguished Service Cross which was awarded for having distinguished himself by extraordinary heroism against an armed enemy in circumstances which do not justify the award of the Medal of Honor. He retired as Colonel.

- Distinguished Service Cross on 1 July 1944 as Captain and Commanding officer of Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division[1][2][3]
- Silver Star Medal in 1945 as Captain in the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division[4][5][6]
