Loews New Orleans Hotel [1] (formerly the Lykes Center), located at 300 Poydras Street in the Central Business District of New Orleans, Louisiana, is a 22-story, 276-foot (84 m)-tall skyscraper.
The Berger Company [2] developed the Loews Hotel in 2004. The Berger Company purchased the building, which formerly housed the Lykes Brothers Steamship Company, in 2002 for $6.6 million and converted it to the Loews. The Berger Company sold the hotel in October 2013 for $74.5 million.
