Early Life
Elliott Tiedt was born Alexandra Jane Tiedt on 13 October, XXXX, in Munich, Germany, to Jakob-Karl Tiedt (1977–) and Erin Shencopp (1978–)—both lawyers. It is unknown when they moved to Chicago, IL. They grew up speaking German and English, but in their teens, would learn Polish, Russian, Neo-Assyrian, Greek, Czech, and Lycian. They also briefly studied Mandarin and French in school. Their parents divorced when they were young, and they would cling to their father through childhood.
Their childhood has been described as “lavish but bland,” and it wasn’t until their teen years that they’d become involved with local music and politics. They remark on visiting Waikiki, Oahu, HI, every year with their father, and taking frequent trips in August with their father as well. Their grandparents live in Utah and Michigan, but Lotte would only really spend time in Michigan with relatives, saying they’ve only been to Utah a couple of times. Their fraternal grandmother was a church choir director, and their fraternal grandfather was a blues guitarist. Their maternal grandmother is a law professor at Loyola in Chicago, and their maternal grandfather was president of a Literacy Organisation in Gary, Indiana.
Elliott was well educated, having attended the Latin School of Chicago from XXXX-XXXX. There, they would later state, that they struggled with maintaining relationships and executive functioning. Lotte themself would also note that, when they were a child, they were a “batshit, compulsive liar.” When they were 14, they got involved in the Chicago hardcore/punk scene, getting involved with bands like Valley Girls and Between the Ribs. It’s known that around this time, Elliott would a—start going by Lotte, and b—get involved with anarcho-communist and Antifa forums on Reddit and Subtsack. Lotte would label themselves as a “Soviet sympathizer” on a 4FutureReference interview in XXXX, to much controversy.
During summers, Lotte would attend Interlochen Academy for the Arts, for both creative writing and visual arts. They made plenty of good connections there. Most notably, producer Dexter Graeme Coakley and playwright Nick C. Marino. Their poetry is available on their tumblr and Substack, and usually discusses sexual assault and intense hallucinations, which would be something they talk about frequently online as well.
During school, Lotte claims to have been “bullied to the point of attempting suicide,” and openly shares about their time at Compass, an Intensive Outpatient program for children struggling with mental illness. Supposedly, this catastrophic attempt happened on a school trip to Springfield, IL, where they would attempt to suffocate themself with their belt, but be discovered and stopped by their roommates. They claim they told their therapist a week later, and were soon after sent to Compass. In the following years, Lotte’s mental health would fluctuate rapidly. They talk frequently (online and in interviews) about how, even now, they deal with severe mood swings and “social retardedness,” which is what they call their inability to understand social cues and body language. They claim their mother had them tested for Autism in sixth grade, but their assessment proctor would deem them “too depressed to diagnose [with Autism].” Lotte says they had gotten a formal diagnosis later in life.
Lotte also claims they still struggle with night terrors and intense paranoia. They claim a lot of their paranoia comes from their insatiable interest in internet horror as a child, and tendency to hallucinate due to poor peripheral vision, however, through exploring their YouTube page (which as of now, has no posts), it’s been found that they consume a lot of true crime and Internet mystery related content (particularly from channels like Dire Trip, Wendigoon, and Nick Crowley). They have made posts to various social media sites in the past referencing obscure internet mysteries and cold cases, including the Becca Doe case, SadSatan, Chip-Chan, Padma McCord and Mortis.com. Many also speculate their responses to direct messages on social media are reminiscent of the gibberish messages of Markovian Parallax Denigrate, another unsolved Internet mystery.
Their medical history is something they talk about a lot, explaining how they struggle with POTS and IBS as well as their amounting mental issues. The only medications they’ve confirmed to be taking are Fluoxitine (Prozac) and Hyosciamine. They claim to have taken Omeprazole in the past for acid reflux, but would be taken off this prescription due to it’s effects on their bone density.
Lotte’s personal notebook of miscellaneous knowledge has been posted nearly in its entirety to tumblr, and there is a subreddit dedicated to tracking the sites they used when writing their information. The book contains passages about language, maths, hunting, space, and history (primarily WW2 and Cold War history). Their entries in this book shows their desire for knowledge, and their compulsive need to prove themself as an intellectual.
Lotte attended the Latin School of Chicago, but since their age is unknown, when and whether they graduated. Lotte received a scholarship to Interlochen Academy of the Arts, which they did not accept. it is not known where or whether they went to university, though there are pictures of them on the Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design campuses.
Occupation, or Current Lack Thereof
Lotte has never consistently worked a full time job, but it is known they do journalistic work on Substack (as well as publish essays), are an official admin and senior archivist for the Marxist Internet Archive, Sing in an (unknown) band, and are possibly a Highschool or university student. It is also known (from their twitter/X) that they plan on releasing a podcast sometime in 2026.
They claim to have worked as a camp counselor in Middle and Highschool at the gym their dad was a member of, Lakshore Sport and Fitness. They posted to a (now defunct) LiveJournal account, detailing the sexual harassment leading up to them quitting this job, and their father terminating his gym membership. The stories range from older coworkers hitting on them, to young children violating personal boundaries and not being reprimanded. These posts are from 2024, and have not been archived.
Personal Life
Despite Lotte being very secretive about their age and early life, much is known about their personal interests and work friendships.
Since they were a child, Lotte has been very interested in punk and post-punk music. In high school, they were an avid concert-goer, notably bragging about seeing indie rock band Heavenly, and The Cure when they were in middle school. Despite the punk affiliation, their first concert was Taylor Swift. They are heavily involved with the local Chicago hardcore scene, and is known to sing, play guitar, and play bass.
It is known that Lotte began a professional relationship with Zdravko Saveski (North Macedonian Communist politician) in 2025. He is likely the one who gave them admin access to the site, and gave them the senior archivist position. It is not known how close the two are, but their relationship is very much a work one, seeing as Saveski is the same age as their father.
Lotte has had active Substack and Twitter (X) accounts since March, 2026, where they post political essays and comments under the username @Kochanie_Pact_ (Kochanie meaning “honey” in Polish). Their instagram and TikTok accounts have been deleted since May, 2025. Their following on most social platforms has remained small, though they post and interact with other posters frequently. Lotte’s Discord and Reddit pages do gain a lot of traction for their posts in r/gothfashion and r/kafka. Lotte’s tumblr (while controversial for endorsements of eating disorder content and general sensuality in their posts) also is fairly popular within the “girl blogger” community that the site is fairly famous for. They have published articles to the Marxist Internet Archive and Substack under many different names, most commonly Joan Annielski and Anka Rasknillov. It’s impossible to trace these aliases to any one person (each alias has a separate email, and seldom will engage with linked accounts), and it is only a speculation that Lotte owns these accounts on various social medias due to similar writing style and shared IP.
It is known that Lotte still lives in Chicago, and attends local protests, band gigs, and arts fairs in Old Town, Pilsen, Evanston, and West Town. As of May, 2026, they have been seen at local May Day protests, vocalising their aggressive hatred of the Trump Administration.
Speculations Surrounding Lotte’s Adamant Privacy
Since Lotte keeps their age, relationship status, and communication methods private, many theories surrounding them have been made surrounding that.
One theory is that Lotte is still in Highschool at Latin. This is unanimously agreed upon to be the most likely theory, though does not explain the active affiliation with the Marxist Internet Archive and Revolutionary Communists of America. It is suggested that, because of the knowledge of their Highschool history is public, but university history is not, that they have not yet gone to university. Many think it is likely that they keep their speculated youth a secret to maintain respect in their political field, which makes a lot of sense. Due to their affiliation with teen bands in Chicago and frequent “shitposting” on social media, and lack of paid occupation, it’s suggested that they can’t be much older than seventeen, though it is speculated that Lotte could be as young as fourteen.
There is not much speculation around Lotte’s possible partner(s), but it is known that they are openly queer, and have remarked about many unnamed or codenamed people in romantic ways, particularly on their tumblr. Lotte has not openly dated anyone from their Highschool, but if the theory about them being a Highschooler is true, it is likely they are dating someone from their school or from another Chicago school.
Lotte’s direct messages on Substack, Twitter (X), and tumblr are all open, however their responses to any DMs have been very odd. Usually, they have the same gibberish format as the messages from the Internet mystery Markovian Parallax Denigrate, using random English and Latin words in unintelligible combinations. Many people have claimed to have emailed them, but no public email has been confirmed, and many fake gmail accounts have been created using various spellings of their name or aliases they’ve used in the past.
They frequently mention various places around the world, particularly Oregon and Vermont. Their real affiliation with these states in unknown, but it’s speculated that their Oregon attachment is because of Journalist and Podcaster, Robert Evans, since they post about him and his podcast very frequently. The Vermont connection is likely because of Bernie Sanders.
The search for Elliott’s true age and identity is still ongoing, and has been very prosperous in uncovering their old posts and pictures.
Political Affiliation
Lotte’s internet presence has been almost entirely politically motivated, advocating for the Revolutionary Communists of America. They have labeled themselves as an Anarcho-Communist, associating their involvement with Radical Leftism to stem from their father, a known socialist, and the people that they met on the streets and at local shows in Chicago. They are a frequent thrifter, and advocate for sustainable fashion in mainstream society. They also frequently attend marxist rallies and anti-conservative protests in Chicago.
Lotte is openly a fan of punk and hardcore bands, such as Dead Kennedys, Bad Brains, and Bikini Kill, and many of the local bands they follow also write political lyrics for their songs.
Their political library is quite large, holding famous titles such as ‘The Communist Manifesto,’ and ‘The Second Sex,’ as well as collections of her friends’ essays and printed articles. Their deep desire to archive articles and essays proves their dedication to their politics and essayism as an art form.
They, very controversially, show vocal support for violent organisations like Antifa, and has made (arguably) actionable threats against conservative political figures around the world, including Donald Trump, J.D. Vance, Elon Musk, Nick Fuentes, Karol Nawroki, Marine Le Pen, and Friedrich Merz. This aggression has left them somewhat outcast by more socialistic/democratic socialist figures online, who deem Lotte as “too extreme.”
