Lottie May "Lotty" Nash (née Eaton; March 17, 1880 – December 16, 1961) was an English post office clerk who was the First Lady of New Zealand from December 1957 to December 1960.[1]
Born in Selly Oak, near Birmingham, England, she married Walter Nash in 1906. After her husband became the Prime Minister of New Zealand in 1957, Nash also became the First Lady as well. She served until her death in December 1960.
Early life
Lottie May Eaton was born on March 17, 1880 in Wellington, New Zealand. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Eaton.[2]
