Lucilene Caetano (May 31, 1984 in Goiânia) is a Brazilian journalist and television presenter and is a Mixed Martial Arts fighter, currently on RedeTV!.
Career
Lucilene's career began early, at 15 years old, attending theater lessons and working as a model in commercials, editorials, and fashion catalogs. The passion for TV began at 17, when she presented her first program in affiliate TV Cultura in Goiania, the "Safe Pedestrian", in which she covered rodeos and folk music festivals. Two years later, she presented the programs "Channel" and "Applause".
In 2009, she contributed to the Musa do Brasileirão contest of the Caldeirão do Huck, in which she represented Goiás, the team she supports. The following year, Lucilene moved to the Rio de Janeiro and attended journalism school at UESA-RJ. She was at the forefront of the program "Knockout" on channel TV Esporte Interativo, where she left due to financial issues.[1] In 2013, she was the queen of the bateria for the then debuting samba group Inocentes de Belford Roxo.[2]
At the beginning of 2014, she signed with RedeTV!, to host the XFC, where she became part of the team of presenters of the TV network, a pioneer in the transmission of major MMA events.[3][4] In front of the broadcaster's best audience, Lucilene still participates in Bola Dividida. The irreverent program brings a relaxed and humorous debate on controversial topics in the world of sport, and also shows the goals and runs of the main national and international championships. Lucilene is responsible for the coverage of football championships for the broadcaster.[5]
