Lucy Ashe
Lucy Ashe is an English poet and novelist.
Her poetry has been published in a number of literary journals and she was nominated for the Impress Prize for New Writers in 2020.[1] Her first novel, Clara & Olivia, was published in 2023.
Education[edit]
Ashe attended the Royal Ballet School from 2000 to 2005[2] before attending St Hugh's College, Oxford to read English.
Career[edit]
After completing a postgraduate certificate she entered a career as a teacher, teaching first at Stowe School, where she was an assistant house mistress,[3] before moving to be an English teacher at Harrow School,[4] where she was Head of Subject.[5]
Her first novel, Clara & Olivia, was published in 2023.[6]
