MD Rabbi Alam

MD Rabbi Alam is one of the organizers of Million Muslim March on 9-11-2013. Alam, who is not a rabbi, was the Founder of the American Muslim Political Action Committee AMPAC, which supports 9/11 conspiracy theories. He has said that no Jews were killed in the attack.[1]. Alam became national prominency on July 11th, 2012 questioning about the 9/11 official story and became a voice for Muslim American claiming that "Muslim has nothing to do with 9/11[2]. Alam served as a DNC Caucus Chairman was the Convener in 2012 Asian American Democratic National Convention[3]. Alam served in the U.S. Army and he is a former U.S. Army Sergeant, a Veteran of both Iraq war and Afghan war[4]. Alam is Talk-show host at AMPAC Radio[5]. Alam is the Director and a Producer of Millennium TV Michigan[6]. Alam is an Interfaith Minister and a Muslim Iman & a Khatib and conducts Friday Sermons[7]. In 2012 Alam ran for Missouri Secretary of State and was defeated by Jason Kander[8][circular reference]. Alam is currently a candidate for Michigan State Representative from House District 4 and running as an Independent, General election is scheduled on November 3rd, 2020[9]. Alam is the Convener of the organization to represent the founding father of Bangladesh Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman known as the Bangabandhu Parishad USA also known as the Bangabandhu Society of USA[10] Alam Currently serves as a Statutory Vice Chair and Board Member of Michigan Democratic Party 14th District (2019-2021)[11]. Alam has a Ph. D in Educational Computing from University of North Texas, Denton and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School[12]
