MD Services was founded in 2014 by its Managing Director, Mr. Mudogo Rainizana Didi and still operates to date.

MD Services is a human resource management company, started business in 2014 providing customized human resource management services and solutions. Its staff recruitment process is based on a good balance of local community members and experts for the right skills and the best personnel.[2] MD Services has more than thirty-three clients across the world and more than eight main clients in Africa, with a market acquisition rate estimated at 3 customers (Companies) per year.
It has participated in annual events that are conducted during the DRC Mining Week expo and conferences, through which it was recognized at the 2016 DRC Mining Week Conference for its achievements.[3]
