MEMS Power Generation Limited (formerly Medway Electrical and Mechanical Services Ltd.) is a United Kingdom–based provider of temporary power generation. The company was founded in 1978 by Colin Jarvis and supplies generator solutions for emergency, planned and long-term use across sectors including healthcare, utilities, data centres and manufacturing.[1]

History

  • 1978 – Founded by Colin Jarvis in Medway as Medway Electrical and Mechanical Services.[1]

  • 1986 – Relocated to larger premises at Medway House, Gillingham Road.[1]
  • 1997 – Appointed the largest official Cummins UK Generator dealer.[1]
  • 2000 – Increased rental operations during the millennium bug period.[1]
