M A Murtoza (born 9 January 1979)[1] is an Guinness world record holder from India and a fitness trainer on a mission to make society healthy and fit.[2]
He held the record of full contact knee strikes in 1 minute is 101 in Gurugram, India, on 30 May 2019.[3][4][5][6]
He also held record in most full contact knee strikes in one hour (team) is 55,475 in Gurugram, India, on 14 July 2019.[7]
