Malkapuram Shivakumar (born 12 April 1977[citation needed]) is an Indian film producer in Telugu cinema. He is the founder of Suraksh Entertainment Media and has produced both original Telugu films and dubbed versions of Tamil films.
Early life and education
Shivakumar was born on 12 April 1977 and resides in Hyderabad, Telangana. He holds a graduate degree, although the field is not publicly documented.
Career
He made his debut as a producer with the romantic and village drama Bhadradri (2008),staring Srihari,Gajala,Raja and Nikhita. Aakasam Lo Sagam (2013) starring Ravi Babu and Flora Saini. Surya vs Surya (2015), starring Nikhil Siddharth and Tridha Choudhury.[1]
In 2016, he produced the romantic thriller Shourya featuring Manchu Manoj , Regina Cassandra and Prakash Raj.[2]
In 2017, he produced dubbed versions of Tamil hits—Singam 3 (as Yamudu 3) Staring Suriya , Anushka Shetty and Shruthi Hassan. and the horror film Dora Starring Nayanathara..[3][4]
In 2018, he produced the techno-thriller Ye Mantram Vesave starring Vijay Deverakonda.[5]
In 2024, he produced the action drama Thiragabadara Saami, starring Raj Tarun, Malvi Malhotra, and Mannara Chopra. The film was released on 2 August 2024 under the Suraksh Entertainment banner.[6][7][8]
His upcoming project is the 2025 investigative crime thriller Jhatasya Maranam Druvam, PAN India movie directed by Shravan Jonnada, starring J. D. Chakravarthy, Seerat Kapoor, Naresh Agastya,Rajesh Sharma and featuring Preeti Jhangiani. And he is producing bollywood hindi movie Gul Gule Bakawali staring Nikitha Dutta,Arbaz Khan and Sanjay Mishra.The film's is produced under the Suraksh Entertainment Media.[9][10][11][12][13][14]

Shivakumar resides in Hyderabad and maintains a modest public profile. He has also produced a Hindi entertainer starring Arbaaz Khan and directed by Raj Ashu.[28]
