Mamá, ¿por qué nadie es como nosotros? (Mommy, why is everyone different from us?) is a children's book by Argentine author Luis Pescetti. It was first published in Mexico in 2003 by the publishing house Altea.

The book was also published in the anthology Historias con todos (Stories with Everyone) in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2003 by the publishing house Santillana.

The original version was illustrated by : Alfredo Aguirre, Diana Tiznado, Emmanuel García, Enrique Martínez, Érika Martínez, Heylana Flores, Julián Cicero and Sergio Romero.

The story portrays several ordinary families that are all different from each other. The book demonstrates that all families are similar in that they are all unique. An excerpt from the book is included on the CD Antología de Luis Pescetti (Luis Pescetti Anthology).
