Mamta Saikia (born 25 April 1968) is the Chief Executive Officer at Bharti Foundation[1].
Early life
She completed her schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya Central School Janak Puri, Graduation from Delhi University and did her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.[2]
Career
Mamta is currently working as the Chief Executive Officer at Bharti Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Bharti Enterprises.[3] She has nearly 28 years of experience in the development sector. In her current role as the CEO, she is providing direct strategic and operational leadership to the education programs. Before joining Bharti Foundation, Mamta was working with CRY (Child Rights & You), where she held various positions including Member of the Management Committee, Head – Resource Mobilization and Head – Global Operations. She has served as the Chair of SAFRG; and has been on the Board of Resource Alliance.[4][3] Mamta has also authored a book titled 'Money matters…People Too'.[5]
