- Initial Part: The road passes near Khaira, Wara, Jallo, Wara Awanan, Chhapa and Nathoki.
- Central Point: The most important stop on this highway is the historic Town of Manhala, from where it provides links to various Village.
- Extension: Moving forward from Manhala, the road covers the areas of Karanke, Soiyan, Bhaini Sandhwan, Maujoki and Lalloh.
