Manlio d'Agostino Panebianco
Manlio d'Agostino Panebianco (born 25 June 1976) is a an Italian entrepreneur and economist specialized in Complexity Management and Business and Financial Intelligence, professor of “Criminal Economy and Cybercrime” and “International Strategies for Economical Development”.
He is General Secretary of "UCID" [1](Italian Christian Business Leaders and Executive Association), and Chairman of the Ethic Commission of AIRPP[2] (Associazione Italiana Ricerca Patologie Polmonari).

He is board member of many companies in the fields of Sport Ethics Certification and Profit and No profit Companies[3]. He was editor of the italian economical magazine “Impres@Banca”.
Research[edit]
He is well-known as expert in anti-moneylaundering (financial contrast to economical crimes) and in data treatment; he is member of BASC ( Bicocca Applied Statistics Center)[4] of University of Milano Bicocca .His studies favored and contributed to adoption of new business models and strategies particularly Financial Intelligence. Since 2006, he is also involved in some international researches concerning ethics, even contributing to the creation of ethic business models, focused on the enhancement of individual cultural patterns.

He was awarded with a Meritorious Service Award[14] (bronze medal) granted by the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers "to witness the work and commitment provided in the performance of activities related to events of Civil Protection" (Decree of 19/12/2008), "The fruitful branches Award" (Genoa, 2011) and the Bronze Medal of the “Holy House of Loreto”[15] (2017). The President of the Italian Republic awarded of the title of “Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic” (2014)[16]
