Manoj P Kudtharkar is an Indian Social Entrepreneur and a Political Enthusiast. He is currently serving as a strategist in the intellectual cell for Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from 2021. The party members have elected him to be a strategist as he was involved with social causes in the society.

Early Life[edit]
He was born in Bangalore, Karnataka on 25 June 1982. Manoj was more passionate about working and started at an early age. At the age of 16 he worked at a tea stall and as a courier delivery boy. Later on he was successful in establishing a printing business in Bangalore.
Social Work[edit]
Manoj has organized and participated in various public events and has contributed to the society as an entrepreneur and social worker. He has appeared at the TED Talk platform with motivational speech for the audience.[1] He started his career as a courier boy at the age of 16 and is also said to have worked at a tea stall. Inspired by the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Manoj started Swachh Bengaluru an initiative to improvise waste management in the city. Even during the recent Sankranthi Festival in 2022, Manoj and his team volunteered by treating the wastes from sugarcane plants and feeding it to the animals. On the World Food Day 2019, he distributed free food in certain areas within the city with a message "please don't waste food". Manoj took an initiative towards a social cause in Bangalore by comforting the differently abled with clothing and blankets. During the 2020 Covid, Manoj introduced the Covid testing kiosks and was launched by the Chief Minister of Karnataka, B.S. Yediyurappa.[2][3]
Corporate Responsibility[edit]
In 2016 Manoj founded Future Of India Awards with an aim to recognize and honour entrepreneurs across India with their success stories.[4] He was the youngest entrepreneur in the printing industry in Bangalore. He is also the founder of Saarthak Naari Awards which primarily focuses on Women Achievers who have contributed to the society. With the GST Act introduced in 2017 by the Government, people wanted to learn more about the taxes and Manoj held a conference "Know Your GST". He was featured in a top news medium about his expectations on the Union Budget of India.[5]
