Marc J. Sharpe
Marc J. Sharpe (born 1970) is a British-American investment professional, entrepreneur and academic.[1][2]

Sharpe was born in London, England.[1] He pursued an M.A. from Cambridge University, an M.Phil. from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School as a Fulbright scholar.[1][2]
Career
Sharpe began his professional journey in the early 1990s as an Investment Banker at Wasserstein Perella & Co, a boutique investment bank.[1] He later joined LJH Global Investments Inc.. In 1999, he returned to the United Kingdom and founded a venture capital incubator for The Protégé Group.[2] Returning to the United States in 2001, he joined Dell Inc. in Austin, Texas.[3]
In 2007, Sharpe founded a peer network for single-family office principals called The Family Office Association (TFOA).[1] TFOA works on collaboration, education, and co-investment among its global members. Additionally, since 2019, Sharpe has been an Operating Partner at Satori Capital, a multi-strategy investment firm based in Texas.
Academic Contributions
Sharpe serves as an Adjunct Professor at the SMU Cox School of Business[2], Rice University and Southern Methodist University.
