His company FreedomX uses Blockchain technology to guarantee donations are fully received by the homeless.[3]

Early life[edit]

Robinson was born in Marple.[4]

At the age of two years old, his mum left his biological father because he was a gambling addict. Robinson experienced being homeless as a child.[5]

He has said he does not remember a lot of his early life because it was traumatic.

Robinson started his career selling time-shares in the late 1980s and then moved to Malaysia where he became a multi-millionaire. At the age of 32 he had a heart attack due to stress and lost all his money on the stock market.[6][7]

Television and Film Career[edit]

Robinson gave away a three-bed flat worth £120,000 in the Channel 4 programme Get a House For Free as well as three houses to highlight the social housing situation in Britain.[8]

The winner was guaranteed a rental income of £6,500 for five years.[9]

Robinson has produced several movies since 2020 including Legacy of Lies which starred Scott Adkins and in which he also appears as a character in the film. The trailer won a million dollar prize from the Ukrainian Film Foundation which funded the film. It has since reached the number two position on Netflix.[10][11]

Robinson is the author of two books, Close the deal & Suddenly Grow Rich and The Financial Freedom Guarantee through Morgan James Publishing.[12][13]

Awards[edit]

Robinson was given the honorary title of Dato' Seri in Malaysia for charity work particularly in helping 350,000 blind people be allowed guide dogs into public places.
