David Marinelli,[1] known mononymously as marinelli, is an American singer-songwriter and producer from Los Angeles, California.

Biography[edit]

Marinelli used to be a drummer for Billie Eilish.[2] Marinelli is also a long-time friend and producer for fellow bedroom pop artist Wallice.[3] Marinelli is currently signed to Dirty Hit, which is a record label that also includes other bedroom pop artists such as Rina Sawayama, Beabadoobee, The Japanese House, and Wallice.[4] Marinelli has also lent vocals to Wallice's song "Hey Michael", in which Marinelli plays the titular character Michael.[5] He has also collaborated with Spill Tab and has produced for other artists such as Solomonphonic.[6] Marinelli also produced a song that was played during the 2020 Summer Olympics.[7]
