According to its initial filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, was first established in April on 2010.[1] pursuant to a Form D application filing which initially was submitted by Baris Dincer, a co-founder and managing member.[2]
Maritime primarily manages capital for institutions, foundations, endowments and and high-net-worth individuals who are accredited investors.
