Marshaun Jones is a former American professional gridiron football defensive lineman who played college football at Valley City State University (VCSU) and junior college football at North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS). He later played professionally for the Iowa Barnstormers of the Indoor Football League (IFL). Jones is a three-time First-Team All-Conference selection at VCSU, a two-time NAIA All-American, and a 2018 NJCAA Honorable Mention All-American.
Early life and high school
Jones grew up in Minnesota and attended Park Center Senior High School, where he played along the defensive line.[citation needed]
Junior college career
Jones began his college football career at North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, North Dakota.
He played two seasons (2017–2018), appearing in 18 games and recording 74 total tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, and 6.0 sacks. He earned NJCAA Honorable Mention All-American honors in 2018.[1]

Valley City State University
Jones transferred to Valley City State University (NAIA) in 2019 and became one of the top defensive linemen in the North Star Athletic Association.
Over three seasons (2019–2021), Jones recorded 153 total tackles, 33 tackles for loss, and 14.5 sacks. He was:

Iowa Barnstormers
Jones signed with the Iowa Barnstormers of the Indoor Football League on February 8, 2022.[2]
