Mashiro Sakamoto (坂本 舞白 Sakamoto Mashiro, born December 16, 1999), better known mononymously as Mashiro (Japanese: 舞白; Korean: 마시로), is a Japanese singer based in South Korea. She is known as a member of the multinational girl group Kep1er following her finishing 8th place on Mnet's girl group survival show Girls Planet 999.

2016-2018[edit]
Mashiro joined JYP Entertainment after placing second in JYP’s 12th Annual Auditions.She trained for 2 years and eventually left the company.
2021-present: Girls Planet 999, debut with Kep1er[edit]
On July 7, 2021, Mashiro was officially announced as a contestant in Mnet's survival show Girls Planet 999 where she represented 143 Entertainment and as one of the program's 33 Japanese contestants. On October 22, 2021, she placed 8th place in the final episode, thus making her debut in the final group of Kep1er.[1][2] On January 3, 2022, she officially debuted as a member of Kep1er with the release of their first EP, First Impact.[3]
