Matador Meggings
Matador Meggings is an American activewear brand that specializes in men's leggings, often referred to as "meggings."[1][2] It is based in Miami, Florida.[3]
History
Matador Meggings was founded in 2019 by Valentine Aseyo, a yoga instructor, who found the need for men's leggings suitable as standalone outerwear.[4][5]
In 2022, a Pride Collection was released to coincide with LGBTQ+ Pride Month. A year later, in 2023, Aseyo appeared on Season 15 of the ABC television show Shark Tank.[4][6]
Operations
Matador Meggings operates as a privately held, direct-to-consumer company headquartered in Miami, Florida. Since its launch, Matador Meggings has expanded its product line to include compression shorts, cycling tights, and matching tops.[7][8][9]
