Matti Häkkänen

Matti Klaus Juhani Häkkänen (born 21 July 1936[1]) is a Finnish diplomat. He is a Bachelor of Law. He has been Ambassador in Bucharest from 1976 to 1980, Undersecretary of State from 1980 to 1983, Ambassador in The Hague in 1983–[2]1987, Buenos Aires 1987–1988, Paris 1988–1993, Rome 1993–1997 and Lisbon 1997–2001.[3]
His father is a chief of staff Klaus Häkkänen.[2]
