Maxim Bogretsov (Belarusian: Maксім Леанідавіч Баграцоў; born July 18 1972, Belarusian SSR) is a former Senior Vice-President of Global Delivery at EPAM Systems [1], Viktar Babaryka team member, who joined the Coordination Council of Belarusian Opposition soon after presidential elections of 2020 [2]. Maxim is known for his active involvement in the Belarusian opposition movement throughout 2020-2021. Also a member of Belarusian political party "Razam".
Biography

EPAM Systems
Maxim Bogretsov joined EPAM Systems in 1997. In 2000 he moved to the US leading the company's Technical department. [3] He is considered one of the key people in the company. [4] No later than 2011 he was appointed as VP for technological solutions. [5] and later as Senior VP. He resigned in August 2020, after joining the Belarusian democracy movement.
Coordination Council

Political Party "Razam"
He joined the organisational committee of a new unregistered political party "Razam", initially announced on August 30, 2020, by Viktar Babariko and Maria Kolenikova.
