Maxwell Vice

Maxwell Vice Tong (born March 24, 1999), known professionally as Maxwell Vice or Vice, is an American actor, singer, dancer, and artist. He is best known for his recent role in the Encores! Off Center [1] revival of Runaways[2][3] (2016).
Maxwell was born in New York City and raised in Ridgewood, Queens. He attends Talent Unlimited High School as a musical theatre major (graduating in June 2017).
