The Mayfair Raipur is a 5 star Luxury hotel cum Lake resort with Golf Course in Raipur, India, opened in 2019, with 178 rooms and 10 suites. It is located in Sec-24 Naya Raipur near Jhanjh Lake. It is owned by MayFair Group. The property is one of the most luxurious hospitality properties across Chhattisgarh and Central India. This property offers luxuriously furnished Executive Rooms, uniquely designed Spa and Deluxe Suites and a Presidential Suite that is luxury personified.[2][3]
It has a number of indoor and open air venues with capacities of hosting 20 to 2000 guests. The resort has a scenic view of Jhanjh lake surrounded by lush greenery. It is also one of the famous destination wedding resorts which has hosted the wedding of Bhupesh Baghel's son in February 2022.[4]

On 30 August 2022, this property came into limelight when 32 MLAs of JMM from Jharkhand were escorted here to avoid MLAs poaching by the opposition party.[5]
