Meerang Mahum (English: Spider Web) is a 2014 romantic Manipuri film directed by Ajit Ningthouja and produced by Olivia Shija, under the banner of Hensana Films.[1] It stars Rajkumar Kaiku, Bala Hijam, and Bonium Thokchom in the lead roles. Biju Ningombam, Nandakumar, Hamom Sadananda, Prameshwori, Loken, Modhubala, Y. Kumarjit, R.K. Hemabati, Gaitri, and Brajalal are playing supporting roles. The film's story and screenplay were written by Herojit Naoroibam. Sorri Senjam composed the soundtrack, and Ajit Ningthouja wrote the lyrics.
Meerang Mahum was released at Bhagyachandra Open Air Theatre (BOAT), Imphal, on 29 June 2014.[2] This was on the occasion of Rath Yatra.[3]
