MeetingBooster[edit]
MatchWare's MeetingBooster, initially released in 2013,[2] is designed to improve accountability, streamline meetings, and align better to a businesses' management goals.[3] It is a cloud-based meeting management software system aimed at meeting productivity, meeting streamlining, and adding value to business workflows.[4] Meetingbooster helps schedule meetings, write and check off agenda items, manage preparations, capture notes, make group decisions, manage post-meeting action items, and manage meeting files with document versioning.[5][6] MeetingBooster's analytics dashboard provides meeting performance statistics and insights at a glance.[6][7] The software includes a document editor, meeting minutes autogeneration[8], and a way to format documents formally with the same template.[9][10]
MeetingBooster is a software as a service solution but comes with an on-premise installation option through Microsoft Azure.[11][7]
Integration[edit]
MeetingBooster integrates with Microsoft Outlook and Outlook's Task Management System, SharePoint[12], Google Calendar, and iCalendar, which is used by Office 365, Lotus Notes, Yahoo, and others. Permissions can be controlled through Active Directory integration. [13]
API[edit]
MeetingBooster 4.0 introduced a developer REST API for interfacing with the MeetingBooster server.[14][15][16]
