Megan O' Cain, (born July 23, 1997) is a Brooklyn-based fashion designer known for her playful, vintage, and whimsical designs. She is known for competing on Netflix's season 2 of Next in Fashion.

Early life and education[edit]

Megan O' Cain was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island. She grew up being influenced by the 1960s era, from her grandmother's sewing supplies she used as a kid, and the love she has for where she grew up in Rhode Island[1] inspired her vintage and nostalgic design themes. She attended Parsons School of Design and in her sophomore year was regarded as an up-and-coming designer to look out for because of her unique designs and illustrations.[2] In 2019 she graduated from Parsons and received praise for her graduate fashion collection.[3]


Career[edit]

Megan O' Cain is a fashion designer based in Brooklyn, New York, and from her time in Next in Fashion, she has had Gigi Hadid wear her signature Honey Bunny design[4] and saw an increase in her shop sales after the show. O' Cain runs an online shop where she dedicates her time to building her collection. She recently hosted a pop-up shop for NYFW in 2023 in collaboration with Berriez[5] a fashion studio that specializes in plus size, vintage, and inclusive clothing and accessories.
