The Mendota Lutheran Home, located in Mendota, Illinois, is a nursing home and sheltered living home. It has been in service since 1952. The Home is a non-profit organization affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The facility provides long term nursing care, sheltered care, rehabilitation services in the form of speech, occupational and physical therapy, and is Medicare Certified.

An annual Schaller Award is given to an employee or employees who are noted for providing exceptional care.[2]
