Mendy Twerski (Hebrew: מנדי טוורסקי) is a Hasidic Jewish singer and songwriter, known for blending traditional Yiddish melodies with modern Jewish pop and hip-hop styles. While primarily a singer, he occasionally incorporates rap elements reflecting Hasidic and Jewish themes.

Early life
Mendy was born and raised in the Hasidic community of Brooklyn, New York. He is a great-grandson of Abraham J. Twerski.
Music career
Twerski began releasing original music in 2020, experimenting with Jewish pop, kumzits melodies, and hip-hop influences. Twerski made his Israel debut on August 21, 2025, at the Jerusalem Great Synagogue.[4]
Media appearances
On the podcast And Here's Modi, Twerski discussed his mission to rejuvenate Yiddish music.[5] In April 2025, Mendy joined Eli Webber on the Podsitivity Podcast for an interview.[6]

Twerski maintains an Instagram account with around 26,400 followers as of October 2025, and his recordings are available on streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music
