Metaphors of Memory
Metaphors of Memory is a 2021 book authored by Natwar Sharma, which describes supplementing treatment for disease by accessing the powerful subconscious mind patters of a person. The book talks of use of regression therapy in addition to the regular medical treatment for a patient.

In the book, Sharma explains that the present behaviours of a person are based on experiences of their past and current life and mysteries of their mind.[1][2] It highlights the combination of regression therapy with medical treatment.[3][4] It is based on research done on patients visiting him with various diseases and experiences with their past.[5][6][7] The book helps to understand using Regression Theraphy as tool for getting clarity in purpose of life.[8][9][10] Topics published in the book claims that online Regression Theraphy can also reduce stress caused by Covid Pandemic.[11]
